bread machine?

Do all the bread machines always have a "dough" mode? (I would like to put the dough in the oven and bake it myself)

2. All the ones that I have seen had a dough mode.
3. I don't know if all machines have this mode. Mind does and I use it all the time. I like to give my dough a bit more time to rise because I mostly make sourdough and it needs extra time to rise. PhD Food Chemistry and Nutrition
4. Most bread machines have a dough only mode. I have used this feature many times and the best results come from letting your dough rise in a warm draft free area for about an hour. Then bake in oven... mmm yummy bread..buns..good luck!
